Wanted! Saute / Line / Fry / Prep Cook (Bless My Soul Cafe)
Will work 1 - 4 days per week, 2pm - close
Duties include saute, prep, fry and cook Creole and Southern cuisine, portion control, food presentation, create nightly specials, maintain cleanliness of kitchen and observe food safety standards. Must have at least a food handler card.
Preferred recent cooking experience and at least 1 year saute / prep experience and 1 - 2 years line cooking experience. Must have a good sense of taste, smell and sufficient visual acuity to see color. Must meet employers grooming standards. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs. Culinary experience / schooling preferred. If no experience, please inquire within the cafe for an interview.
