NCVRC is a California nonprofit corporation whose mission is to assist unemployed and/or homeless veterans to identify and successfully achieve their individual community participation goals, including self-sufficient living and/or permanent employment. N.C.V.R.C. has offices in Eureka, Santa Rosa, Sacramento, Menlo Park, and Oakland. NCVRC's services are delivered through three programs, including the operation of a transitional housing program for appropriate homeless veterans. The NCVRC's services are free to eligible veterans of all eras and conflicts.
